Returns and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at H&Jodies Online (www.hjodies.com). We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our returns and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Refunds for Dispatched Parcels: Once a parcel has been dispatched, we will not offer an immediate refund until the package has been returned to us at the customer's expense. Please note that the original postage cost will not be refunded.

Incorrect Delivery Address and Returns: In the event of an incorrect delivery address and Evri (Hermes) returns the package to us, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing them to monitor their parcel's journey. If you won’t be available to receive the delivery, you have the option to divert the package to a local parcel shop or an alternate address for your convenience.

Damaged Products: If you receive damaged products, please contact our team. We will assess the situation and provide a refund or compensation accordingly. However, please understand that broken/melted chocolate, dented Pringles cans, and broken crisps cannot be refunded as these factors are beyond our control and depend on the customer's discretion when ordering.

Minor Dents and Dinks: Minor dents to bottles of pop and dinks to cans will not be considered as damage. These minor imperfections can often be resolved by popping out the dents once the bottle is opened. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for minor dents or dinks to cans.
